METHOD QF ASSIGNING THE VESPA AND ORIVING THE YEHICLE
The assignment of the vehicle can only take place to people over the age of 18 (proven by regular and valid identity document) equipped with a valid driving license national or foreign recognized as suitable by the Italian CDS for driving assigned vespas. ln case of inadequacy of the driving license, the manager is entitled to request the reimbursement of
penalties and any compensation to the user. Before assigning the vehicle and starting the tour, a driving test may be carried out at the verification of the eligibility of the partecipant. ln the event that the manager recognizes an unusuitability to the driving of the vehicle, the organizers of the Chianti Vespa Tour can revoke the possibility of driving the vehicle and offer as an alternative to partecipate in the tour as a passanger. ln case of disagreement by the customer the tour is considered cancelled due to lack of requirements of the user and no refund Will be made as the cancellation takes place by fact of the user. The passenger to be such must be at least 14 years of age. Previous experience driving a Vespa, scooter or motorcycle is useful and recommended.

OUR FIRST AND PRIMARY CONCERN THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE THERE
We reserve the right to terminate without notice and liability the participation of any motorcyclist who is unable to ride the vespa safely, without refunds. The reliance of the Vespa to the user Will have the duration strictly necessary for the performance of the tour optioned at the time of the booking. The renter delivers the Vespa in good condition and the user receiving it, he/she accepts the vehicle in the state in which it is found recognizing it suitable for the use for which it is intended.

NO SHOW PQLICY
If you don’t show up for your booking, you automatically lose all deposits or payments made for the reservation. Showing up without the requisites required to drive a Vespa is equivalent to a no show. The incapacity and demonstrated unfitness to drive during the test drive is equivalent to no show.

RAIN PQLICY
ln case of adverse weather conditions (rain, strong wind or ice) ascertained by the Vespa tour in Chianti the chosen tour Will be carried out with our beautiful land rover defender with a guide.

DUTIES OF THE MANAGER
The renter is obliged to deliver the Vespa in a good state of maintenance.

USER OBLIGATIONS
The user has the obligation to take delivery of the vehicle and observe diligence in using it for the use referred to the contract of the chosen tour. The user has the obligation to return the vespa to the renter in the agreed manner and in the same state, in which he received it except for normal wear and tear.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is always made online via the website www.vespatourinchianti.com (exclusive property of the company Il Glicine di Tinalli Patrizio S.a.s.) following the appropriate procedure payment can be made as follows: through the PayPal application, or by bank transfer (using the data indicated on the site during the booking phase) other payment methods are not accepted. The proposed tour prices are always to be considered inclusive of VAT the payment relating to the chosen tour is valid as confirmation.

WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR
The customer can cancel his reservation by notifying to the event’s organizer of the “vespa tour in Chianti” by email to the address vespatoucjnchianti@gmail.com with at least 24 hours before the event without any penalty. The vespa tour in chianti reserves the right to cancel the activity at any time and the customer has the right to a full refund of the previously paid tour. The customer is required to communicate any delays relating to the meeting point established in Piazza Giuseppe Poggi 1 (Porta S. Niccolo) in Florence by contacting the telephone numbers indicated at the time of booking. If the customer does not communicate the delay, the organizers of the Vespa tour in Chianti are authorized to continue the tour with the Other participants and not to refund the amount paid, considering the conduct equivalent to a no show.

DAMAGES AND BREAKDOWNS TO THE VEHICLE
The user who, due to his negligence, damages the vehicle is required to pay full compensation for the damage. Due to this a credit card Will be requested upon delivery of the vehicle. No sum Will be deducted from the card, this Will only happen if the condition described above are met (see fault/damage caused by thge user)

INSURANCE AND GUARANTEE FUND
During the tour customers are covered by our civil liability insurance.
